"Virgin Breeze solved a tremendously challenging issue at a home I recently purchased for renovating and renting out.
Going into the purchase I knew remediating the intense odor caused by years of cats urinating on the floors was going to be an issue, but once I started looking at options for professional services, I was further daunted by the lack of conviction exhibited by different companies on their ability to overcome the smell, as well as their very high cost estimates. I didn’t honestly know where to turn, not having experience or knowledge on the options.
Fortunately, I came across Matt. From the initial call, I sensed the confidence from him that the matter could be solved for a reasonable fee. He came out with the crew the very next day, lifted carpets and pads and treated the entire house. I came back later that evening and guess what? Smell was still there.
So that’s when you find out what kind of person and company you’re dealing with. Well, Matt was out early the next morning to assess the cause of the remaining odor. It was determined we needed to lift the baseboards and molding, and sand the floors in order to expose untreated areas. Not a pretty picture, but Matt worked over the next couple days, and in the end, the product and his knowledge of how to treat the condition proved worthy of this recommendation. I don’t often give them, but when deserved, and when they might help the next person who finds themselves in a similar quandary get the right person and product for the job, I’m happy to oblige.
